State Conference of Non Vocational Lecturers Association at TOP IN TOWN Hall, Palakkad, on 18th & 19th October 2009. Honorable Minister for Power Sri A.K. Balan will inaugurate the conference and Sri. K.K. Divakaran MLA will preside over the meeting. State President Sri K. P. Joseph will preside over the Education Seminar that follows.
